Elif Nesibe, a girl who started reporting news at the age of 11, developed an interest in journalism as she grew older. This time, she began sharing real stories rather than the humorous news of her childhood. Just before that, her university studies in cinema and the short films she produced unveiled her ability to view life through a camera lens. While crafting narratives and directing films, she quietly turned her focus to her own life story and the potential accolades it could garner. She realized that critiquing films and selecting good ones required as much skill as making them. Through her film reviews, Elif Nesibe discovered that it was easier to find flaws in other films than in her own. She comprehended the vulnerability of a person, not just in criticism but also in self-reflection.

Thus, her journey into magazine publishing began. Elif Nesibe recognized that the 5Ws and 1H of an event were merely the tip of the iceberg, and that a deeper understanding required more than six questions. She understood that the societal issues they sought to address through their news stories fundamentally stemmed from individuals and families. Recognizing that societal transformation necessitated transforming individuals and families, she endeavored to contribute to this change through her longstanding involvement in family and children's magazine publishing.

Elif argued that partnership and parenthood could evolve into their most beautiful forms through a blend of experience and knowledge. She was an avid student in the family school, never ceasing to read, research, and write. Her personal experiences and emotions compelled her to delve deeper into understanding her own emotions, thus initiating her adventure into emotional coaching.

Continuing to pose powerful questions in coaching, much like in journalism, Elif now directed these questions towards helping others change their own life stories. As a CPD certified emotion, family, and parent coach, she remained committed to coaching herself before anyone else.
